Ronald G. Edelen, C.P.M. - President
Ron has over 35 years of experience in the upstream, downstream, and midstream energy sectors along with above ground storage tank manufacturing and fabrication. He has worked for Red Man Pipe and Supply (now MRC Global), Total Petroleum (now Valero), DCP Midstream, Devon Energy, EXCO Resources and Matrix Services. Ron is responsible for Ocelot’s back office functions including accounting, finance, human resources, risk management, and supply chain.
Ron holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Southeastern Oklahoma State University, a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Ron is a member of the Institute of Supply Management and is a Certified Purchasing Manager.
Ross Dillon, Chief Operating Officer
Ross has over 15 years of experience in the midstream oil and gas industry and is responsible for Ocelot’s project development, engineering and operations. He has worked for El Paso Energy, Kinder Morgan, NuStar Energy and Cavalcade Midstream.
Ross holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
Donald E. Gideon, Vice President / Operations
Don has over 40 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. He is responsible for all Ocelot field operations.
Don has worked with Kinder Morgan, Highland Partners, Magellan Midstream, Chesapeake, CenterPoint Energy, Wildcat Midstream Partners and many other energy companies. He has trained at the Colorado School of Mines Gas Processing and The University of Texas Petroleum Extension. He is a member of PHMSA, EPA, ASME, NFPA, AWI and OSHA.
Catherine C. Bain, Vice President / Controller and Administration
Catherine has over 20 years of accounting and finance experience, including public accounting, corporate accounting and consulting. She is responsible for all Ocelot accounting, financial reporting, budgeting and cash management.
Catherine began her career in public accounting in the audit practice of Ernst & Young. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Spring Hill College and is a licensed CPA in the State of Texas.
